IR Blaw-Knox MC-330 Mobile Conveyor

The Blaw-Knox MC-330 from Ingersoll-Rand is designed for high production hot mix asphalt paving operations with stringent rideability specifications. Unit eliminates truck contact with paver and minimizes occurrence of aggregate and thermal mix segregation at the paver. The MC-330 features a surge capacity of 50 tons and a 6-cylinder Cummins Elite Series engine

Roadtec SB 2500C Shuttle Buggy

The SB 2500C Shuttle Buggy material transfer vehicle can store and transfer hot-mix asphalt from a truck to a paver for continuous paving. The anti-segregation auger remixes materials just before delivery to paver. Unit features a 25-ton surge capacity and an optional windrow pickup head and road widener attachment.

Cedarapids MS4

The MS4 mat smoothness machine delivers non-stop paving and asphalt rebuilding capabilities. Unit features a 10-foot-wide receiving hopper with a 7-ton capacity, a 60-inch-wide, high-capacity discharge conveyor and 39-inch-hopper augers to reblend asphalt. Other features include an optional hopper insert, production capacities up to 1,321 tph and a sonic sensor that constantly monitors asphalt level in the hopper and controls positioning of the feed gate.
