Yanmar engines in Deere's new large-frame E Series skid steers provide up to 10 percent more horsepower than previous models. Engines over 75 hp will meet U.S. EPA Tier 4 Interim emissions requirements, while engines under 75 hp will comply with Tier 4 Final limits. All feature cooled exhaust gas recirculation with a diesel oxidation catalyst and diesel particulate filter (DPF).

  • DPF allows use of lower fuel-injection pressures, reducing demand for fuel-system maintenance in dirty-fuel environments compared to those relying completely on oxidation catalysts
  • Flat floor design in large-frame loaders offers 25 percent more foot room
  • Electro-hydraulic controls allow easy switching between ISO, H, and foot-control patterns
  • Boom redesign on mid-frame models delivers what Deere calls best-in-class boom and bucket breakout throughout the lift path, extends reach at truck-bed height, and increases maximum lift height
  • New ride control option cushions the boom while traveling
  • Optional reversing cooling fan

The E-Series consists of nine models -- three large-frame skid steers (326E, 328E, 332E), two mid-frame skid steerss (318E, 320E), two large-frame compact track loaders (329E, 333E) and two mid-frame CTLs (319E, 323E).
