AlignOps has updated its FleetWatcher onboard camera system with a dashboard that combines fleet activity, camera status and driver safety events in one view.
The dashboard displays live trips, active cameras, daily event counts and 30-day incidents, with access to events, trips, live feeds, footage and camera settings. Camera events also feed into the platform's Driver Safety Leaderboard, allowing managers to review footage alongside driver safety data.
Optional AI-powered features can flag seat belt violations, distracted driving and signs of driver fatigue. Fleet managers can also set event thresholds and access controls based on their needs.
The dual-facing cameras feature dual-SIM LTE, backup power and local storage with cloud backup for recorded footage. The system also supports automatic firmware updates and adhesive-mount installation.
Footage is encrypted and customer-owned, according to AlignOps, with pre- and post-event recording available through local and cloud storage.
