Interplay Learning has launched a new training catalog focused on data center maintenance as demand for skilled technicians continues to grow alongside expanding data center capacity.

The catalog combines simulation-based training, video instruction, assessments and role-based coursework designed to help technicians develop electrical, mechanical, cooling and safety skills. Training includes foundational data center concepts, power and cooling infrastructure, safety procedures and troubleshooting for systems such as CRAC units, chillers, PLCs and electrical distribution equipment.

According to the company, the training is intended to provide hands-on practice with real-world systems and operational scenarios, helping technicians prepare for maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in data center environments.

The program is designed for maintenance teams responsible for uptime, incident response and system reliability. It also includes reporting and skill-tracking tools that allow managers to monitor employee progress, assess competencies and standardize training across multiple locations.
