Toku America has advanced its STRIKER FPV Series Fixed Hydraulic Pulverizer, an attachment designed for secondary demolition tasks. The upgraded series aims to improve the efficiency of breaking down materials and separating rebar from concrete, making recycling and disposal easier for contractors on demolition and construction sites.
The update addresses growing demand in the demolition tools market, which is projected to reach $7.95 billion by 2033. The FPV Series is engineered for heavy-duty applications, focusing on reliability and crushing force for processing demolished materials on the ground. Key features of the advanced pulverizer include:
- A housing manufactured from high-strength, wear-resistant HARDOX steel.
- A reversed hydraulic cylinder designed to provide optimal crushing force while protecting the rod from damage.
- A pressure relief valve (PRV) to protect the attachment from hydraulic pressure spikes.
- A speed valve on medium to large models that increases the cylinder’s opening and closing speed for faster cycle times.
- Interchangeable teeth and reversible blades to extend their service life.
- A bolt-on wear plate for faster maintenance and to prevent wear on the attachment’s main structure.
