Perkins has joined Trackunit’s Works With program to deliver enhanced engine diagnostics and insights to equipment owners, rental companies and OEMs.
Through a new Perkins app available on Trackunit’s Marketplace, users can access advanced condition monitoring designed to reduce downtime, improve troubleshooting and optimize maintenance. The app leverages Perkins’ engine expertise and customer-approved data sharing to provide fault code details, recommended fixes and likely parts requirements.
The system allows service teams to resolve issues faster, with higher first-time fix rates and fewer delays in the field. It also helps owners plan maintenance more effectively, reducing emergency repairs and supporting smoother day-to-day operations.
Trackunit CEO Søren Brogaard said the collaboration is aimed at “eliminating downtime” and improving equipment availability across the industry.
