New Database Provides Real Time Auction Pricing on Construction Equipment

AuctionPriceResults is a searchable database that contains thousands of comparable values of equipment sold at auction around the world

A new, unique service, AuctionPriceResults, provides real time actual auction pricing on commercial equipment including: Agriculture/Construction, Food Service and Food Production, Lab/Medical, Industrial Machinery, and Truck/Trailer on its website. The easily searchable database contains thousands of comparable values of equipment sold at auction – around the world. Until now, buyers and sellers had to rely on a combination of new equipment value, used equipment appraisal and educated guesswork.

The data is compiled through AuctionPriceResults' proprietary algorithmic search software and the reporting of hundreds of associated auction houses so that users of the database get the price that buyers are willing to pay for the equipment in real time.

The price a piece of equipment brings at auction is the most accurate reflection of Actual Cash Value (ACV) for that piece at that time, information that is an invaluable resource for every party involved in the transfer/exchange of equipment. Buyers, sellers, lenders, auctioneers, insolvency professionals and appraisers can use AuctionPriceResults' database of ACV auction comparables to help them better manage their roles in the acquisition and disposition of assets.

"We provide the answer to the buyer's and the seller's two most critical questions: What's it worth? Where can I find it?" said Jonathon Bishop, president, AuctionPriceResults.

Users that search the database for pricing information are simultaneously linked to AuctionPriceResults' proprietary BuyerFinder (a no cost service) search engine which finds equipment being offered at upcoming auctions and by sellers with equipment available for immediate sale. Users can save searches and are notified by email of any new activity matching their search. Equipment is quickly searched by entering descriptive keywords and the manufacturers' name. Results display details on the equipment, date of sale and last bid when the gavel dropped. Reports are also easy to edit and export.
