Construction software provider Dexter + Chaney has been selected as the exclusive corporate sponsor of the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 Quality of Life Campaign. The campaign recognizes the construction industry’s significant improvements to our quality of life through projects of all sizes, such as safe, well-maintained roads and bridges; upgraded and fully functioning clean-water and sewer capabilities; and improved facilities for recreation, health, transit and other services.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG, the international gathering place in 2014 for the construction industries, will be held March 4-8, 2014 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

“We are honored to be part of this campaign by CONEXPO-CON/AGG,” said John Chaney, Dexter + Chaney’s president and co-founder. “We work closely with thousands of contractors and see firsthand the positive impact that their work has on our lives. This forum will serve as a wonderful platform to share their stories and give them the recognition they deserve.”

According to Megan Tanel, Vice President Exhibitions and Events at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), the producer of CONEXPO-CON/AGG, “The Quality of Life Campaign provides the recognition our industry deserves for its role in creating a high standard of living and building our modern, safe infrastructure, including roads, bridges, facilities, and utilities. CONEXPO/CON-AGG provides the perfect venue for hosting this celebration of achievement, and we are grateful for Dexter + Chaney’s help in making this campaign a reality.”

Campaign-generated stories explain the positive benefits of construction across the United States and Canada. Contractors who have been selected to participate are featured on the CONEXPO-CON/AGG website and will be recognized at the show.
