CASE Construction Equipment has introduced a striking limited-edition version of its TV450B compact track loader, featuring a custom design inspired by Metallica frontman James Hetfield. With only 25 machines being released, the Hetfield Limited Edition TV450B blends the rugged capability of CASE equipment with bold, guitar-inspired graphics and design elements.
Heavy Metal Meets Heavy Machinery
The special-edition loader pays homage to Hetfield’s signature style. A custom wrap mirrors one of his iconic guitars, while skull-and-wing decals and a font reminiscent of Metallica’s branding add to the aesthetic. The machine’s rear grill features a laser-cut steel Hetfield nameplate secured with anti-tamper fasteners, while the cab includes a guitar-shaped serial badge and custom seat branding.
Built for Performance
While the styling sets this edition apart visually, it’s built on the same robust platform as the standard CASE TV450B. Key specs include:
- 90-horsepower engine
- 4,500 lb (2,045 kg) rated operating capacity
- High-flow hydraulics for attachment versatility
- CASE EZ Trac system with a rigid-mounted undercarriage and pivoting bogey rollers for improved track life and stability
- Low ground pressure for reduced turf disturbance
The TV450B is known for its powerful lifting capability and smooth operator controls, making it well suited for construction, landscaping and agriculture applications. The limited-edition version brings the same productivity and comfort in a head-turning package.
Limited Availability and Collectibles
Only 25 Hetfield Limited Edition TV450B loaders will be produced. Interested buyers can submit a request to purchase at CaseCE.com/Hetfield. In addition to the machine, CASE plans to release exclusive merchandise and a collectible diecast model of the special-edition CTL later in 2025.
