[VIDEO] Vermeer Launches Rock-capable D40x55DR S3 Directional Drill

At ICUEE 2017, Vermeer's Lee Schroeder highlighted the features of the new rock-capable D40x55DR S3 directional drill, which is designed to obtain high productivity in a range of ground conditions.

Vermeer's D40x55DR S3 Navigator horizontal directional drill features dual rod technology using an inner rod to provide torque to the drill bit and an outer rod for steering capability and rotation torque for reaming. Vermeer's Lee Schroeder highlights these and other features of the new rock-capable drill.
