Crescent has introduced its HEADLOCK Sledgehammer, a heavy-duty striking tool designed to address head separation, overstrike damage and vibration during construction and industrial applications.
The sledgehammer features Crescent's patent-pending HEADLOCK system, which uses a fully encapsulated forged head and multi-point locking mechanism to secure the steel head, fiberglass core and handle.
According to Crescent, internal testing found the tool withstood up to 4,500 overstrike cycles, with durability up to 18 times greater than competing products tested.
