Siplast has introduced TeraPROOF, a new line of below-grade waterproofing materials for commercial construction. The portfolio includes pre-applied and liquid-applied membranes along with protection and drainage components intended for horizontal and vertical applications.
The TeraPROOF Pre-Applied SBS Membranes are modified-bitumen, heat-weldable products installed before concrete placement. They feature a polyester mat coated with SBS-modified bitumen and a burn-off film to support torch-lap sealing.
TeraPROOF STP Liquid Membrane is a single-component, liquid-applied option for post-applied systems such as foundation walls, split slabs, inverted roofs and other underground structures. It can also be used for flashing and detail reinforcement when paired with Pro Fleece.
The TeraPROOF Protection CS1000 sheet is designed to help protect membranes from puncture during backfill, compaction or overburden installation. The TeraPROOF 10-11 Drainage Mat provides a continuous drainage path using a dimpled polypropylene core bonded to a geotextile to relieve hydrostatic pressure and prevent clogging.
