Jetstream has introduced the 5200Q Series UNx Bareshaft pump, a high-pressure unit built for industrial waterblasting applications. Designed for engines up to 700 horsepower, the pump delivers up to 25.6 gpm at 40,000 psi.
The 5200Q uses a quintuplex design intended to reduce pulsation and vibration, providing a more consistent pressure profile than traditional three-plunger pumps. Its interchangeable UNx fluid end allows operators to switch between 8,000 and 40,000 psi to support a wide range of tools and cleaning tasks.
Jetstream designed the 5200Q with part commonality from previous models and a simplified layout to ease service. The pump includes internal gear reduction, a crankshaft supported by four bearings and an integrated precision gear drive. Routine maintenance — such as changing packing, univalves or plungers — can be performed on-site without special tools.
Safety features include a pressurized and filtered oiling system with active cooling, automatic high-temperature and low-pressure shutdown, dual rupture discs and a locking rod box cover.
The 5200Q Series is available as a bareshaft pump or as part of a full trailer-mounted waterblast unit. Jetstream plans to showcase the model at World of Concrete in January 2026.
