LGMG North America hired Rick Quick as director of product support, while John Hofmeyer joined as the new director of sales and marketing.
Quick comes to LGMG with 25 years experience in the equipment industry with product support leadership roles for 18-plus with companies like AGCO and Mahindra USA. His experience while working for OEM’s includes assisting dealerships to enhance their parts and service growth, establish training programs for technicians, and develop aftersales CRM tools to improve day-to-day tracking of issues and provide solutions.
Hofmeyer has more than 30 years of experience in the equipment rental industry with 25 years in senior sales and executive positions with companies like NES, Metrolift, Patten CAT and Alta Equipment. He has a history of assembling first-class sales teams due to his strong business acumen.
