S-40 XC & S-45 XC Telescopic Booms

The Genie S-40 and S-45 telescopic booms have been modernized to incorporate the advantages of the Genie Xtra Capacity (XC) features including a 660-lb. unrestricted dual lift capacity and 1,000-lb. restricted. Plus, these models can work with up to three people in the platform with room for tools and jobsite materials.

• 6- or 8-ft. tri-entry platform with side-swing gate
• Automatic envelope control: automatically retract as booms reach operating envelopes
• Load sense cell continuously checks weight in platform and limits operating envelope to match load chart
• Redesigned boom structure for increased range of motion, envelope control and performance
• Chassis tilt sensor automatically cuts out certain lift and drive functions when the tilt activation setting is reached
  
• Jib on S-45 XC capable of handling 1,000-lb. max capacity
• 48-hp Tier 4 Final/Stage IIIB diesel engine
  
• State-of-the-art CAN-based control system incorporates Genie Smart Link control system features
• Onboard diagnostics on new LCD at ground controls
  
• Comply with platform load sensing requirements of ANSI A92 and CSA B354, European EN280 and Australian AS 1418.10 standards
• Compatible with new generation of accessories and options such as Genie Lift Power generator system and Genie Tech Pro Link handheld diagnostics tool
