AXCS Equipment has launched a new self-service parts portal designed to simplify replacement parts ordering for mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).
The mobile-friendly platform allows customers to search for parts by machine serial number, helping ensure compatibility with AXCS and legacy Hy-Brid Lifts equipment. Users can also browse interactive parts diagrams, check real-time inventory and pricing, place orders, and track shipments from a single interface.
The portal automatically identifies replacement parts for obsolete components and includes account management tools for reviewing order history, billing information and account settings. Customers can pay by credit card or purchase order, depending on account status. The new portal is intended to reduce the time and effort required to identify and order replacement parts, whether users are in the office or on the jobsite.
