Enerpac SyncHoist Enables Precision Load Maneuvering with a Single Crane

The SHAS-Series Autonomous SyncHoist allows a single crane to safely and accurately position heavy and unbalanced loads.

• Comprised of four, double-acting, push-pull cylinders connected to lifting points above the load by slings or under an optional auxiliary frame and a wireless controller
• Available with 110- and 225-ton lifting capacities each and plunger strokes of 1 and 1.5 meters
• Capable of high precision lifting accuracy of +/- 1mm over the full stroke
• Single operator controls all cylinders using a portable wireless control unit 
• Enables synchronized lifting and lowering as well as independent lifting and lowering of each cylinder for balancing, tilting and positioning loads
• Controller can be pre-programmed for positioning, tilting and aligning of loads for repetitive hoisting tasks
• No external power pack or hydraulic hoses required
• Each lifting cylinder comes in a convenient storage and transportation frame
• Simple and easy to set up with just one electric connection per lifting point
