JLG Industries Inc., an Oshkosh Corp. business, is showcasing a tracked telehandler concept designed for use in challenging ground conditions at World of Concrete and CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas.
The 1043T Quad Track telehandler concept combines the reach and lifting capabilities of a traditional telehandler with a quad-track undercarriage intended to improve traction, flotation and maneuverability on loose, wet or unstable terrain. According to the company, the design is aimed at applications where wheeled machines may struggle, including muddy sites, soft soils and steep grades.
The concept model is rated for a 10,000-pound capacity and offers a maximum lift height of 43 feet, 5 inches. Target applications include below-grade foundation work, heavy civil construction, and sheeting and shoring projects, particularly in wet sand or clay conditions. The tracked design is intended to reduce ground disturbance while improving mobility in mud, sand and snow.
