RDO Vermeer, part of the RDO Equipment Co. network of heavy equipment dealerships, was honored with five awards at Vermeer's annual dealer year end neeting. Among the awards received was Vermeer's top accolade, the Pinnacle Dealer Award.
Vermeer Pinnacle designation is given in recognition of talents in sales and aftermarket support. The award criterion includes several select dealer metrics, such as parts, service, market share and customer satisfaction.
Tony Briggs, vice president of sales and distribution at Vermeer Corporation spoke to the significance of the award, saying, “Vermeer Pinnacle dealers provide an exemplary customer experience. This award highlights dealers across the globe who consistently lead in a variety of key business performance metrics.”
