The tool, called AI Insights, is built around a simple premise: scan a QR code on the machine, ask a question in plain language, and receive clear, actionable information.
Users can access operational guidance, safety advice, and maintenance tips by scanning the machine’s QR code using the MCS eScan app. The system then allows users to type a question — such as “Why won’t it start?” or “How do I secure it safely?” — and receive a direct response without needing to reference technical terms.

While this is the initial release, developers say additional context-aware features will be added over time to help rental companies improve service delivery and stay competitive in a fast-moving industry.
