Daily reports are key resources to proving construction claims. In addition, the following records should be prepared and maintained in the normal course of business to help prove claims and effectively manage the project:

  • Correspondence file
  • Meeting minutes and internal memoranda
  • Plans and specifications
  • Change/work order file
  • Schedules
  • Job photographs and videotapes
  • Subcontractor and/or supplier files
  • Miscellaneous evidence
  • Job cost records
