CONEXPO-CON/AGG returns to Las Vegas March 3-7, 2026, bringing together construction professionals from across North America for equipment demonstrations, networking and education. Held every three years, the event serves as a centralized forum for exploring technology, workforce development, safety and business practices shaping the construction industry.

Education remains a core component of the show, with more than 150 sessions planned across multiple learning tracks. Programming includes panels, workshops and keynote discussions designed to address both jobsite operations and long-term business strategy. Topics range from equipment management and maintenance to artificial intelligence, sustainability and workforce innovation.

“CONEXPO-CON/AGG brings the entire construction ecosystem together, and that includes education that is practical, relevant and immediately useful,” said Dana Wuesthoff, show director of CONEXPO-CON/AGG. “Attendees can focus on the issues most important to their role and prepare their businesses for what’s next.”

Materials, equipment and technology sessions will focus on productivity, fleet management, preventive maintenance and connected jobsite solutions across aggregates, asphalt, concrete and earthmoving operations. Business and workforce sessions will address leadership, safety culture, employee retention, succession planning and performance metrics for construction companies.

The education program is organized into defined tracks, allowing attendees to tailor their experience based on their responsibilities and career stage. CONEXPO-CON/AGG organizers say the goal is to provide practical insights that can be applied both on the jobsite and in the office.

Be sure to add Education to your CONEXPO-CON/AGG registration before your trip.
