Two construction workers were unharmed after a giant clock face fell onto their lift platform before crashing to the ground

Maintenance on a clock tower at Purdue University became a near miss accident for two construction workers. The workers were on a lift near the tower when a giant clock face hanging from a nearby crane fell from the crane, crashed into the lift platform and then crashed to the ground.

Luckily, the workers were not hurt and the lift stayed in place.
