The Utility Expo will host a two-day workshop focused on career advancement for women in the utilities industry.
The ADVANCE Program for Women in Utilities Workshop will be held Oct. 7–8, 2025, during the first two days of the expo in Louisville, Ky. Attendance is limited to 250 participants per day, and registration is $149 per day.
Day one will include sessions on earning promotions through networking and visibility, and on personal development strategies for long-term growth. Day two will cover navigating bias and building confidence in the workplace, followed by negotiation skills for salary, roles and resources.
The Utility Expo runs Oct. 7–9, 2025, and is billed as North America’s largest trade show for utility professionals and construction contractors.
