OpenSpace, a Visual Intelligence Platform for construction, has acquired Disperse, a leader in construction progress tracking. The acquisition builds on a partnership announced in June 2025 and aims to expand OpenSpace’s capabilities in verified, image-based project insights.

The combined solution pairs jobsite imagery with computer vision and human verification to provide an accurate, real-time view of work completed. By integrating Disperse’s technology and data operations with OpenSpace’s platform, teams can track progress, validate work for billing, identify schedule risks and coordinate across trades more efficiently.

The platform integrates with project scheduling tools like Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject and Excel. Early users report improvements in billing accuracy, schedule reliability, and issue resolution speed, allowing field teams and executives to act on verified data quickly.

The acquisition also positions OpenSpace to accelerate development of Spatial AI models, improve automation, and deliver AI-powered construction insights that are verified by humans, ensuring trusted decision-making across projects.
