Deere & Company has entered into an agreement to acquire Tenna, a construction technology company that provides mixed-fleet equipment operations and asset tracking solutions.

Tenna offers a construction technology platform designed to support contractors by centralizing data on equipment operations, maintenance and jobsite activity.

According to the two companies, Tenna’s platform provides contractors with near real-time visibility into equipment usage and performance, helping support planning, coordination and maintenance decisions across mixed fleets.

Following the acquisition, Tenna will continue to operate as an independent business and will be marketed directly to construction customers under the Tenna name. The company will focus on expanding its operations using its existing mixed-fleet business model.

The transaction is expected to close in February 2026.
