As construction firms across the U.S. continue to face labor shortages and difficulty filling skilled roles, a new talent marketplace is launching to address those challenges.

Espire Collective has officially launched, offering a vetted network of experienced professionals for construction and other project-driven industries. The platform is designed to help companies more efficiently access specialized talent as contractors report continued hiring difficulties and thousands of open construction jobs nationwide.

The marketplace connects companies with engineers, project managers, compliance specialists, executives and consultants who can support project delivery, operations and regulatory requirements. Unlike traditional staffing models, Espire Collective focuses on longer-term, project-based engagements rather than short-term placements.

Espire Collective was founded by Tasha Jones, a former U.S. military intelligence analyst and business consultant. The platform uses a structured screening process, with an emphasis on compliance and qualifications. Many professionals in the network are prepared to support public-sector and federally funded projects.

“Finding the right talent is often time-consuming, costly and risky,” Jones said. “The goal is to reduce that friction by giving companies faster access to qualified professionals.”

The platform supports a range of hiring needs, including fractional executives, individual consultants and full project teams. It is intended to fill a gap in independent consulting and project-based hiring, particularly in industries where expertise and compliance are critical.

Espire Collective serves multiple sectors, including mid-market enterprises, public-sector organizations and technology and data-driven firms. The company is currently accepting applications from solo consultants and small boutique firms with five or fewer members across construction, technology, healthcare, finance and other specialized fields.
