CONEXPO-CON/AGG will take place March 3–7, 2026, in Las Vegas, with a dedicated Small Business Workshop scheduled for Friday, March 6.
The workshop is designed for small contractors, family-owned businesses and companies with up to 50 employees. Sessions will focus on practical business topics such as tax planning, fleet selection, bidding strategies, growth planning, employee retention and technology adoption.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG is held every three years and brings together construction professionals from across the industry, including equipment manufacturers, technology providers and workforce experts. Attendance is expected to exceed 139,000 industry professionals.
The Small Business Workshop is part of a broader set of new education programs planned for the 2026 show. These sessions are aimed at addressing operational challenges and long-term planning needs for small construction businesses.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 will also offer a range of additional educational opportunities throughout the week focused on business management and industry trends.
