Georgia-Pacific has named David Duncan as president and CEO, effective immediately.
Duncan most recently served as executive vice president of the company’s consumer products group. He joined Georgia-Pacific in 2018 to lead its building products business before moving into his current role in 2019. He brings more than 28 years of experience across Koch Industries companies, including leadership positions at INVISTA and Koch Ventures.
Mark Luetters, an executive vice president at Koch Industries, had served as interim president and CEO since 2025.

The company also announced that Vivek Joshi will become executive vice president of the consumer products business. Joshi, who joined Georgia-Pacific in 2002, has held multiple leadership roles across the segment, including oversight of tissue, towel and napkin products.
