Mary Schwandt’s career in construction started with a summer job at 17 and evolved into a leadership role spanning heavy civil construction, traffic control and more. An Army veteran and chief operating officer of Acha Construction LLC, Schwandt has spent more than a decade building her career while becoming a vocal advocate for women in the asphalt and pavement industry.
