The fourth and final skyscraper to be built at New York City's World Trade Center site plans to combine a respectful and adventurous design. Renderings of the building, designed by Bjarke Ingels, show a 1,340-foot tower that will appear almost as tall as One World Trade minus the spire.

While the building may look "straight-laced" when looking up from Memorial Plaza, the north and east facades will be construction in a stepping in and out fashion that creates the illusion the tower is leaning toward One World Trade.
