About  the Presenter: 
  Gehrig  Cosgray, CPA, is a partner with Clifton Gunderson's Government Contractor Services Group. In  more than 30 years of public accounting and consulting experience, his clients  have included government contractors and other service-based entities,  construction management firms, manufacturers and wholesale distributors. His  experience also includes assisting government contractors, construction firms  and engineering firms with Truth in Negotiations Act compliance, and with  establishing overhead cost pools to comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations  and the Cost Accounting Standards. He has extensive experience assisting  government contractors with developing other classifications of indirect rate  pool structures, and in negotiations with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and  other agencies.
