Welcome to the 2019 Annual Product Review issue. This, the October/November issue of Concrete Contractor features over 170 products divided across 11 different product types. This issue is always a challenge as we do our best to feature the latest and greatest products being offered by industry leading manufacturers. This year however, the challenge didn’t seem as daunting. As you started to put this issue together, we discovered a bevy of new to the market products, some of which are making their debut in this issue. We hope you enjoy this issue and perhaps find the latest product that just may solve a problem you are having.

Additionally, this issue features five product features highlighting some of the latest trends in product development. These specific features display innovative products new to the market that may also contribute to making you more efficient on the jobsite.

Turn to page 10 to learn about The Tailgater, a product that puts foundation contractors in control when placing a mix inside wall forms.

On page 52, learn about control joints and where and why they are needed.

From a technology perspective, we present new asset management tools from three tool companies. These tools are geared to help contractors plan for tool use and protect them from theft or damage. Turn to page 57.

On page, 63, when the project calls for more concrete than a small paddle mixer can produce, but not as much as a drum mixer, RHM  Ventures’ Maddog Portable Mixing System fills the niche.

Finally, on page 76, we highlight a new tool from Milwaukee Tool Co., the Redstick. A tool that combines three tools into one.

We hope you enjoy the 2019 edition of our Annual Product Guide. All products within this issue can be found at www.ForConstructionPros.com.
