Arizona Polymer Flooring has introduced a new system to the VaporSolve Moisture Remediation Systems line. VaporSolve 100 LP is a specially formulated 100% solids epoxy coating designed to comply with ASTM F-3010 for use over concrete with high moisture levels for the purpose of isolating the concrete from moisture-sensitive flooring. Joining other systems in the VaporSolve line, including the Basic, Ultra and Fresh Concrete Systems, the new VaporSolve 100 LP System is typically used on concrete that has never been treated with reactive silicate curing compounds or densifiers.
- Formulated with low viscosity and excellent substrate wetting capabilities to promote penetration and adhesion, while a special hydrophobic curing agent allows for adhesion to either damp or wet concrete.
- Created for a wide range of uses, including new construction settings when a schedule must be met, yet the concrete is not dry enough to install moisture-sensitive flooring or on concrete with known moisture problems, VaporSolve 100 LP’s versatility provides that it will cure fully even when applied underwater.
