Richway's Model: MP-BT10G Mixing and Pumping Machine - Ideal for Gypsum

Richway Industries introduces their new MP-BT10G. Designed for mixing and pumping grouts and mortars, the BT10G is especially well suited for mixing and pumping gypsum flooring materials. With its groundbreaking digital control and automated operation, the BT10G can reduce the number of operators typically needed for floor topping applications. This is achieved by a conveniently mounted ancillary control, requiring that the machine only have one button, pushed one time for each batch produced. The automated water batching system can be programmed down to the tenth of a gallon, giving you the mix you need, consistently batch after batch. The control also has built in productivity tools such as batch counting and timing and also machine service reminders.

• The efficient double spiral mixer design has a 10ft³ capacity, that in conjunction with the pump, allows you to mix and pump up to 11yd³ per hour of material, or over 100 bags per hour of gypsum flooring products.
• The BT10G utilizes a variable speed rotor stator style pump, allowing for smooth, controllable, continuous pumping flow. With up to 250 psi of pumping pressure it’s capable of handling a variety of tough pumping applications.
• Richway’s BT10G also utilizes a field proven and road tested auto-fill valve on its 60 gallon water tank. After hooking up a standard garden hose, the valve will ensure the water tank is kept full.
