“Joe is a real asset who excels at executing robust operational initiatives and strategizing for growth and expansion,” Uutala adds. “He will also help Miller Formless navigate major industry challenges, including perpetual workforce shortages. His outstanding track record for building desirable organizational cultures will support our efforts to recruit, develop and retain top talent.”
“Miller Formless has an outstanding reputation in the construction industry and I am honored to lead this incredible organization,” Ouelette says. “I enjoy the challenge of driving business objectives through innovative leadership, strategic alliances and positive energy. I also bring a competitive spirit to the Miller Formless team, which will propel winning initiatives for future success.”
