Case in point, Strong Manufacturing is the original designer and manufacturer of the very first automated mixer for extremely lightweight concrete for aircraft arrestor runway systems. Faced with the challenge of meeting one of the most important densities to date, Strong Manufacturing excelled.

Approximately 90% of all lightweight, insulating roof decks are mixed and pumped in place with Strong’s DeckMate. The DeckMate is an efficient, mobile batch plant designed specifically for the lightweight concrete roof deck applicator, and it has served this industry for over 5o years.

One of Strong Manufacturing's most recent lines of equipment is the In-Line Foaming F80. The F80 gives you the capability to have everything you need all on one frame. From the powertrain, to the water tank, the F80 is a one stop shop for all your needs. Paired with any one of Strong Manufacturing’s foam generators, or the AFGS from Aerix Industries, the F80 is guaranteed to far surpass any competition to date.

The pump used by Strong Manufacturing is unlike any other progressive cavity pump. Strong Manufacturing gives you the capability to pump higher volumes at lower RPMs, giving you one of the longest lasting life spans in the industry. Whether you need 1GPM, or up to 140GPM, Strong Manufacturing has the pump for you.
