This drum setup guide is a quick and easy walkthrough of how to assemble the drum of an EDCO CPM-8 Scarifier for general purpose scarifying with Pointed Steel Cutters (not EDCO Blue Carbide Cutters). The pointed steel cutters will create a broom-like surface on the concrete.
