The goal of responsible construction is to manage moisture at the construction site from the early stages of the project. Measuring the coatability and strength development of concrete requires reliable solutions, but practical limitations make manual and point-based measurement methods impractical and inefficient. eGate enables the optimization of concrete drying conditions and the monitoring and calculation of concrete strength development. Real-time situational awareness allows for effective decision-making, resource-efficient site management, and improved lead times. Systematic data collection and analysis facilitate the development of new features that enhance construction quality and efficiency. eGate can be integrated via API into other platforms to provide a comprehensive situational overview. 

  • ePredict utilizes data from IoT sensors installed at the construction site and advanced calculation algorithms, allowing it to determine the date when the concrete will reach its target moisture level under the prevailing conditions.
  • Continuously calculates the drying date using real-time data and compares the results to the set target schedule: Changes in conditions directly affect the drying schedule.
  • Enables the optimization of drying conditions in a timely, precise, and quality-driven manner: The adequacy of measures is verified through drying calculations (on schedule, ahead of schedule, or behind schedule).
  • Allows for cost optimization: Only the necessary actions are taken to optimize the drying conditions of the concrete.
  • The first drying calculation result is available 14 days after the calculation is initiated, and the results are updated continuously.
  • Alerts if the target schedule is not being met.
