ShearCore has introduced the Fortress FC95, the newest addition to its line of concrete processors, engineered for demanding demolition work. Weighing in at 21,000 lbs., the FC95 is designed for use with large excavators and delivers substantial reach and cutting power.
The unit features a 65-inch jaw opening and 64-inch jaw depth, providing a total reach of 13 feet, 7 inches. It requires a minimum excavator weight of 105,000 lbs. for second-member mounting and 185,000 lbs. for third-member setups, making it suitable for high-capacity, heavy-duty job sites.
Built in Superior, Wisconsin, the FC95 reflects ShearCore’s focus on structural strength and long-term performance in challenging environments such as demolition, construction, and scrap processing.
