LBX

LBX has announced its plans for CONEXPO, and what equipment it plans to display at North America's largest construction tradeshow, which takes place from March 14-18 in Las Vegas.

LBX will showcase a variety of Link-Belt hydraulic excavators, forestry equipment, and specialty equipment, in addition to new technology options and jobsite solutions designed to make customers’ jobs smoother, safer and more efficient.

LBX will be located at a 31,900 sq. ft. outside booth F9241 at the Festival Grounds, along with a 4,900 sq. ft. display in the West Hall, W42000.

New X4S and 40B Forestry Series on Display

Twelve Link-Belt machines will be presented at the Festival Grounds, including the innovative new X4S Series and 40B Forestry. Seven machines will be equipped with Link-Belt Precision Grade grading solutions powered by Trimble Earthworks. Also featured will be the next-generation Link-Belt 4040B Timber Loader, and the 145 X3E excavator will also be featured.

The new Link-Belt 220 X4S model will be displayed at the Festival Grounds during the Rodeo Showdown, along with a demonstration of an autonomous fine-grading operation.

For specialty equipment, we’ll have a 210 X4 Heavy Duty and 250 X4 Heavy Duty – and as always the massive show stopping Link-Belt 750 X4 will make an appearance.

The next generation of WAVES+ (Wide-Angle Visual Enhancement System) is installed on a 300 X4S, 260 X4S, and 170 X4S at the Festival Grounds.

At the West Hall, visitors get a sneak peek of Realwear, an augmented reality (AR) wearable device created to enhance the serviceability of equipment. Realwear is an AR service tool that connects dealer service technicians in the field to remotely based master technicians.

Rodeo Showdown

This year marks the 7th Rodeo Showdown at CONEXPO. Located at the Festival Grounds, at Booth F9241, this event challenges operators to pick up a series of three basketballs sitting on cones placed in front of a 220 X4S excavator and attempt to scoop up all three into a plastic bucket without knocking over a cone or dropping a basketball. Put your operator skills to the test by competing for the fastest time of  CONEXPO 2023. The winner will take home an all-expense paid vacation.

Pink-Belt Auction

The Festival Grounds will also feature Pink-Belt, a 15.2-metric ton Link-Belt 145 X4 excavator traveling the United States for the past year to show support for breast cancer awareness. On Thursday, March 16, at 2 p.m., there will be a live charity auction – where 100% of the proceeds are going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Yes, Mamm! by CHI Saint Joseph Health Foundations. Learn more at LBXCO.COM/PINKBELT. Bidding starts at $75,000.
