Estimator360 does all the building calculations for you and assigns quantity values to Assemblies in your estimates automatically.
Estimator360 helps contractors easily manage bids, contracts, clients, suppliers and timesheets from any device. The app allows contractors to create, present and award custom proposals, contracts and change orders. It also features a Digital Signature workflow process to replace the old print, sign, scan and send process.
With Estimator360, your suppliers and trade partners can bid on your estimates for real-time material and subcontracting costs. The software remembers your costs and builds a personal cost database for you. The app uses real time building material prices and not global or regional averages or estimates.

The Standard plan starts at $99 per month and features estimating, assemblies, proposals, contracts, change orders, dashboards with supplier and subcontractor interaction and client interaction. The Professional plan is $149 per month. It includes all the same features as the Standard plan plus estimate powered scheduling, time tracking and analytics, assembly tracking and intelligent ratios, crew interaction, accounting and third party integrations like QuickBooks.
