Timemark, a mobile app launched in 2023, is a tool that can be utilized by construction crews that need consistent, verifiable jobsite photo documentation.
Field teams often rely on phone cameras and messaging apps to record work, which can result in scattered images and incomplete records. This system instead captures timestamped photos and automatically organizes them by project in a shared digital workspace.
Each image is stamped with time and GPS data. Users can attach notes, project details and company information, and each photo includes a verification code linked to its original metadata.
Photos sync into shared folders where teams can sort by project, worker or date. A spreadsheet-style view displays images alongside job data, while a map view shows where photos were taken across a site. Teams can export documentation as PDFs, spreadsheets or compressed files for project records and client reporting.
The app is being adopted by construction firms looking to standardize field documentation and create consistent visual records of job progress.
