Quickbase has launched AI Form Builder, a FastField feature that uses artificial intelligence to help field teams create and modify mobile forms.
The tool can generate forms from voice or text prompts and convert PDFs or photos of paper forms into editable digital versions. Users also can modify existing forms from a phone or tablet using natural-language instructions.
The tool is aimed at field workflows such as equipment inspections, site checks, repairs, safety documentation, signatures and photo collection. It also allows users to review or discard changes before publishing them.
AI Form Builder is designed to reduce the manual work involved in converting paper-based processes and creating forms from scratch, which can be particularly useful for teams working in areas with limited connectivity or difficult field conditions.
