This week is the 6th annual Infrastructure Week and Topcon hosted a pre-event — the California Infrastructure and Technology Summit — during the May 9 stop of the Topcon Technology Roadshow. Ray O'Connor, president and CEO of Topcon Positioning Systems, delivered opening remarks focusing on the impact that technology is having on infrastructure creation and maintenance followed by a panel discussion featuring industry experts from AEM, Intel, Autodesk, UC Berkeley, and contracting firm McGuire and Hester.
