HCSS has introduced updates to its fleet management technology aimed at helping construction companies better manage equipment maintenance, tracking and operating costs across heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
The latest enhancements build on existing tools, including Equipment360, HCSS Telematics and FuelerPlus, with a focus on improving integration and access to real-time fleet data. The updates are designed to help fleet managers address growing challenges related to maintenance planning, equipment utilization and cost control.
Equipment360 provides preventive maintenance scheduling, work order tracking and cost analysis, with added integration to telematics data for improved visibility into machine health. HCSS Telematics aggregates OEM equipment data into a single platform, offering GPS tracking and utilization insights. FuelerPlus supports fuel tracking and reporting to help reduce waste and improve cost accuracy.
According to HCSS, tighter integration across the fleet tools allows managers to track equipment location, automate maintenance workflows and generate reports that highlight cost and performance trends. The updates also emphasize usability for field and shop teams, supporting electronic issue reporting and easier collaboration.
