Bridgit, a provider of construction workforce planning software, has launched Bridgit AI, a new suite of tools that helps contractors and project teams turn workforce data into actionable insights and faster planning decisions.
The new functionality uses artificial intelligence to clean, organize and analyze workforce information, giving teams quick access to relevant data and recommendations that support project staffing and forecasting.

Key features include:
- Ask Bridgit: A conversational assistant that allows users to query workforce data with natural language questions such as “Who has healthcare experience?” or “Which resources are shared across groups?”
 - Import Roles: AI that automatically builds project role requirements from spreadsheets, PDFs, or screenshots without templates.
 - Smart Suggestion Summaries: AI-generated explanations that outline why a team member is recommended for a role, factoring in availability, commute, tenure, collaboration history and experience.

Bridgit AI is designed for flexibility, allowing users to work with data from any system — from spreadsheets to fully integrated HR and project management platforms. The system emphasizes transparency, privacy and security, giving users clear reasoning behind each recommendation without using customer data to train external models.
With this launch, Bridgit aims to make AI-driven workforce planning more accessible across the construction industry.
