Oil drain intervals for the newly formulated genuine Mack Engine Oil EOS-4.5 have been extended by up to 15,000 miles compared to previous formulations. Introduced as the factory fill in 2017 engines, the oil also extends drain intervals for 2011 and newer Mack engines.
- Drain intervals of 60,000 miles for long-haul, 50,000 miles for regional-haul and and 40,000 miles for heavy-haul applications
- Available in 10W-30 and 15W-40 weights
- Meets and exceeds API CK-4 specification by requiring enhanced performance for oil oxidation and oil aeration control
- Lower viscosity helps improve fuel efficiency even under high loads and high ambient temperatures
- Can be used anywhere API CK-4 oils are recommended and is fully backwards compatible with CJ-4 applications
