Makita Introduces Power Cutter Water Hose for Dust Suppression and Blade Cooling

Makita has released the 10-foot Power Cutter Water Hose Assembly Kit (1915Y2-3), designed to connect select Makita sprayers to Makita power cutters for dust suppression and blade cooling during concrete cutting tasks.

The hose assembly works with the 18V LXT 1.3-, 2.6- and 4-gallon backpack sprayers (XSU03, XSU01, XSU02) and is compatible with Makita power cutters including the 40V max XGT 9" (GEC03), 80V max (40V max X2) XGT 14" (GEC01), and 36V (18V X2) LXT Brushless 9" (XEC01) models.

The 10-foot hose features a durable braided design that resists kinks and abrasions and includes a built-in coupling sleeve for quick, tool-free connection and disconnection. The extended length provides flexibility for various cutting applications and jobsite layouts, helping operators maintain OSHA-compliant water flow to minimize dust and keep blades cool.
