DENIOS-US has introduced a new full-size IBC funnel designed to improve the safety and efficiency of refilling intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Available in high-visibility yellow and red, the funnel covers the entire surface of standard 275–330 gallon IBC totes, allowing users to transfer liquids without needing to lean over the container.
Made from chemical-resistant polyethylene, the funnel features a large surface area and domed base that directs fluids through a wide drain opening into the tote below. It accommodates the transfer of liquids from bottles, drums, and jugs, and is suited for various industrial applications.
The funnel can sit freely on top of the IBC or be secured with an optional connection kit. Additional accessories include a removable lid for storage or side-hanging when not in use, and a coarse strainer to catch debris during filling.
With IBC totes increasingly common across industries, especially in post-pandemic supply chains, equipment that simplifies and secures fluid handling processes is in high demand.
